ING4G - International Recruiting is an owner-managed HR consultancy. Our focus is on recruiting qualified managers and employees for our mid-sized and technology-based clients. Technical expertise + a convincing personality are the basic prerequisites. Besides, customer-specific requirements regarding e.g. change management, digitalization, leadership and innovation are our benchmark.

Bianca Overbeck

Managing Director at ING4G

Bianca Overbeck obtained her business diploma at the University of Cologne and the London Business School.

After her studies she gained profound business experience working in the industrial arena. At first Bianca Overbeck was working in the area of „Consumer Goods“ at Henkel KGaA. During her 11 years of responsibility in various marketing management positions, she actively contributed to the expansion of the business + to the successful establishment of the international marketing organization.

Then followed 14 years at the Deutsche Post AG on their way to the world's leading logistics service provider. Here, she was responsible for different marketing and sales units and contributed significantly to internationalization + integration within the firm. Most recently responsible for the B2B / B2C-RETAIL business, Bianca Overbeck also mastered the challenges of modernization + digitalization.

Her relocation to Spain helped her expand her business network. In 2012 she founded ING4G - International Recruiting. Bianca Overbeck is now using her experience to support medium-sized companies in technological sectors with the recruiting of managers and experts. Doing so, she benefits from her many years of intercultural and interdisciplinary experience in international corporations + their "New Economy" subsidiaries.

International market development, standardization + integration of employees, products…

During 11 years of international marketing at Henkel KGaA, Bianca Overbeck was responsible for international consumer goods brands. She developed and marketed innovative products in cooperation with application engineers, packaging developers and production. Standardization was the necessary lever for optimal cost structures.

After the acquisition of Schwarzkopf, she successfully integrated their major brands. She led cross-divisional international projects and opened up new markets from Europe to Australia.

Optimization of business and logistics processes, supply chain management, digitalization...

At Deutsche Post AG, Bianca Overbeck held various management positions in marketing and sales for over 12 years. She led the B2B / B2C-RETAIL business in the phase of conversion to the world market leader in logistics. This is how she contributed to the modernization of the parcel and mail business.

Bianca Overbeck managed numerous projects to optimize business and logistics processes, software development and other IT applications. In 2000 she was in charge of a Deutsche Post subsidiary for digital business models as managing director.

Set-up business in the HR sector, global network of excellence, international expansion...

Bianca Overbeck has been living in Germany + Spain since 2009. On the basis of her profound international experience and her know-how in international business relations, she has founded the HR consulting ING4G.

After setting up a professional network with excellent contacts, she expanded the action radius to a global recruiting for experts and executives. With ING4G, Bianca Overbeck searches and finds suitable employees for tomorrow’s success – in Germany or wherever vacancies have to be filled.

Dr. Ulla Braubach

Senior Consultant

Ulla Braubach is an economist with a university degree from Cologne and Paris. In long-term management positions, among others at Mannesmann and Unitymedia, as well as in setting up and advising joint ventures, spinoffs and start-ups, she has gathered extensive experience in the telecommunications, IT and media sector.
